This is a sculpture by Imogen Stuart, depicting the “Fiddler of Dooney,” but also inspired by a photograph she saw in an Irish newspaper about 40 years later. It was interesting how she took publications (poem and newspaper) from a broad time spectrum and combined them to make one sculpture. Either aspect could be art on its own, but the combination is definitely cool. Just thought I’d share!
